Treatment involves three elements: weekly in office physical therapy sessions, personal home care therapy, and dental force management therapy. Treatment usually lasts 8-12 weeks.

Personal home care therapy involves neck and jaw stretches and microcurrent therapy.

Dental Force Management therapy involves a night-time dental appliance to help balance muscles, digital bite analysis, and minor bite adjustments.
