Important Update for Patients who have Patient Advocate as their Insurance!

Do you have Patient Advocate for your dental insurance? If so, here’s some important information.
Patient Advocates has changed their policy effective 7/1/2016. They are now requiring all patients to call them to let them know whether or not they have other dental insurance coverage. If patients do not call to notify Patient Advocates about this, Patient Advocates will deny all future claims. Even if you do not have any secondary coverage through another dental insurance company, you still need to call Patient Advocates to let them know.
The number to call for Patient Advocates is 800-290-8559. If you haven’t called already, please call to avoid any issues with your appointments. Again, EVERYONE has to call!!
