Lyme Disease

Judging by what we are hearing from our patients, Lyme Disease is a real problem in Maine. The affects of this nasty disease can be really debilitating. After spending time outside, be sure to check for these little critters on yourself, your kids and your pets. Ticks don’t like the smell of vinegar, almond oil, peppermint and citrus oils, so mixing any of these with water and using it as a spray can help keep them at bay.
