TruDenta® : Headache/TMD

Headaches, migraines, and TMJ pain can be the result of dental force imbalance. The goal of the TruDenta program is to get the teeth, joints, and muscles back in balance. Treatment involves three elements: weekly in office physical therapy sessions, personal home care therapy, and dental force management therapy. Treatment usually lasts 8-12 weeks.

TruDenta® Head Health History Form

In office physical therapy involves four separate modalities: ultrasound, manual muscle therapy, microcurrent therapy, and low level laser therapy.

Personal home care therapy involves neck and jaw stretches and microcurrent therapy.

Dental Force Management therapy involves a night-time dental appliance to help balance muscles, digital bite analysis, and minor bite adjustments.
